Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation All service bookings are subject to workshop availability and are only confirmed once payment (where applicable) has been received and verified by Leeway Express Auto Repairs (Pty) Ltd. Customers will receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once their booking has been successfully scheduled. Vehicle Drop-Off Customers are required to arrive at their scheduled booking time to avoid delays. If a vehicle is delivered late, Leeway Express reserves the right to reschedule the booking to the next available slot. Estimates and Additional Repairs The quoted service price covers only the work specified in the selected service package. Should additional faults, worn components, or safety concerns be identified during the inspection, the customer will be contacted with a quotation before any additional work is carried out. No additional repairs will be performed without customer authorization. Service Pricing Service prices advertised as "from" prices are subject to: Vehicle make and model Engine size Oil specification requirements Parts availability Vehicle condition Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle presented for service. Parts and Consumables Leeway Express uses quality replacement parts that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Certain specialty components, premium oils, platinum spark plugs, and manufacturer-specific parts may incur additional charges. Cancellations and Rescheduling Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to arrive for a confirmed booking without prior notice may result in the loss of any booking deposit paid. Warranty Leeway Express provides a 6-Month or 10,000 km warranty (whichever occurs first) on qualifying workmanship and replacement parts supplied and fitted by our workshop. The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear Abuse, negligence, accidents, or misuse Customer-supplied parts Existing faults unrelated to the service performed Warranty claims must be reported immediately upon discovery. Vehicle Collection Customers are responsible for collecting their vehicles promptly once notified that work has been completed. Vehicles left on the premises for extended periods without prior arrangement may be subject to storage fees. Customer Property Customers are requested to remove valuables from their vehicles before service.
